What was the key mindset shift around Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) — and why it’s no longer a shiny innovation, but a standard of care.

“It took a couple years after the pandemic for people to stop saying RPM is this highly innovative care delivery model — and start saying, this is how we manage hypertension or diabetes or heart failure.”

💡 Still, the roadblocks remain. When health systems say there’s no money in RPM, Lucienne pushes them to start with the why — the mission to improve outcomes and extend provider reach.

“At Rimidi, we try to refocus on that north star of clinical outcomes and population health impact, then leverage payment models as a means to that end.”

🏥 She also emphasized how RPM technology plays a critical role as a workforce multiplier:

“Let the nurses, the MAs, the physicians focus where they’re uniquely impactful — and let the tech enable that. That’s how we scale care.”
